We will happily accept returns of items that are damaged and exchange them for the right ones depending on availability. If you are unhappy with the piece, we will issue you a store credit which can be used within a year on our website.

We do not accept returns for accessories and sale items. We are unable to exchange or refund used, laundered or customer damaged goods. Also please make sure you order the CORRECT size to avoid hassles due to size differences. For your convenience, the sizes are mentioned in inches for the apparels and footwear.

Please place the unused, unwashed, resalable items with original tags in a secure and waterproof postal bag. The cost of delivery for returns/refunds is not refundable, but we will gladly cover the cost of delivering replacement items to you if it is within India. Unfortunately, we cannot offer the same terms to international customers and shipping charges would apply.

Please allow up to 5 working days for exchanges/refunds to be processed once we receive them. We will keep you updated on the status of your exchange/refund.

Missing Parcels

Make sure you fill in your correct address when ordering from us. We cannot accept responsibility for the wrong address being used with an order. Email us if your ordered items do not arrive and we'll get in touch with our courier company to track down the package. It is safer if you can have your items delivered when you are present, so provide a secure daytime delivery address where possible.

Also please check the parcel infront of the courier person and DO NOT accept it if the contents are missing. Inform us immediately.
